How We Work - Case Study
During the thaw following the Beast from the East last year, we were asked by an insurance provider to visit to a flood damaged property.
The tank feed had burst and flooded the house over the course of a few days, before being discovered by the policy holder’s elderly father. The policy holders were visiting Australia, and while they were away, we arranged the Asbestos testing, drying out, and reinstatement works.
We communicated with the policy holders while they were away, and managed the property in their absence – drying, then repairing the damage. When the policy holders returned to the UK, the property was only two weeks from completion and they could move back in.
