Choices Form

Please give as much detail as possible with regards to material choices, if you have chosen an item from a specific shop please note the shop name. If you are choosing wall or floor tiles, please specify grout colour

All woodwork will be painted in white gloss unless specified

All ceilings will be painted in white emulsion, please advise if you would like another colour

For emulsion we recommend choosing from the Dulux Range, please advise if you require a vinyl silk or matt finish

If you have wallpaper in your choices, the allowance per roll will be in the product column. The same applies to tiles and laminate flooring, except the allowance is per square metre.

Should you wish to purchase materials yourself, please provide us with all receipts and you will be reimbursed promptly.
